Welcome to Libby Galli Felt. By using this website and purchasing products or booking workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Who I Am

I am a sole trader based on the Isle of Eigg, UK. You can contact me via the Contact page of this website.

2. Products

• All artwork and 3D signature pieces are handmade and unique.
• Colours, textures, and shapes may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of the items.
• Every piece is crafted with care using high-quality materials, including merino wool, silk, glass eyes, and natural or recycled bases.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are processed via GoDaddy, using Stripe or PayPal.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
• UK orders receive free standard shipping.
• International orders are charged a flat rate depending on the region.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location or courier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Damage or Loss in Transit
While I take every precaution to package items securely, I cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery. Customers should inspect packages on arrival.
For UK and insured international orders, claims for lost or damaged parcels are handled via the courier’s insurance.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my products, all sales are final.
• I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where items are lost or damaged in transit and covered by insurance.
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

6. Workshops & Commissions

• Workshop bookings do not require a deposit; payment is made on arrival.
• Workshops are non-refundable.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop; in this case a rescheduled date will be offered.
• Commissions are discussed individually and are considered confirmed once agreed.

7. Liability

• I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.
• Liability for loss or damage during shipping is limited to replacement or refund via courier insurance where applicable.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All  content on this website, including photographs, text, and artwork, is owned by Libby Galli Felt.
• Customers may purchase artwork for personal use only.
• No part of the website or artwork may be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
